    The general concensus of opinion that I find elsewhere about EH is that they butt in too much and as you say are preventing long standing derelict brownfield sites from being transformed into a futuristic environment. Perhaps EH should be looking at preserving their derelict Georgian properties on Shaw St and Everton Rd before they fall down like the one on the corner of Dale St and Cheapside.
