Shan't,cheeky sod I'm a kinda upmarket guy, very respectful, courtious and charming type of bloke.

I applied for one near the Little Crosby Road, but pulled out as it was just a tad too much into the countryside.

You'll like it in Lydiate or Little Crosby George, I know them both well.

You can sit out in your garden and paint

My girls stayed in Crosby Hall when at school. Said they were told it was haunted. They slept with the lights on for weeks after they got home.

A rural area George, this is the Mersey boat club on the canal at lydiate, buses to liverpool and Ormskirk. Don`t know if you drink but there are a few pubs around,Running Horses,The Ince Blundell, etc.
Lydiate Hall farm for your greengroceries,Maghull or Ormskirk minutes away for any other shopping.
And the bonus is you are not very far from Kirkby

Lydiate Hall Farm is brill. I sometimes go there in the summer with the family for lunch. Peacocks walking around outside, lots of livestock about etc - a real working farm and a little gift shop. I've watched a couple of bands in the Weld Blundell too.

    True,Gedro...but what about winter?

I don't think some or most people have ever been inside bungalows? they're cramped conditions and most particulary if its a single bedroom.

A friend has one its a single bedroom and just him and his missus, the kitchen will allow 2 person to move about freely but with some degree of them trying to get past each other.

The living room will not accept a medium sized 3 piece suite because the room is 'L' shaped so they have had to resort to a 3 seater and 2 seat sofas that leaves enough space for a display cabinet and computer desk and flatscreen TV.

The bedroom cannot accept a wardrobe with a double bed ie only two cabinets and a clothes rail.

There is no storage whatsoever except the loft.

The bathroom is a joke, standard bath and very small handwash basin, the toilet is so near to the side wall his wife has to site sideways on the seat to use it....I kid you not.

The joke is the bleedin garden is 18'x14'.

These are the conditions these housing developers are saying Joe bloggs should live in.

Slum clearence, hah! we have not progressed out of em just a modern build with worst conditions than that of the slums

Heaven knows what the inside of that bungalow is like what I posted a couple of weeks ago.

Something I overlooked here,1 in every 10 houses has an Alarm fitted...there's about 50 or 60 houses? in the road.

Pretty good knowin house burgalries are low or none existant?,this bleedin area I'm in has an Alarm on all the houses.

Double edged though. Out of towners might pick on more affluent areas for their spoils though they do tend to have more neighbour watch schemes and nosey err good neighbours - you know what I mean - curtain twitchers.
