I wonder if the Conservation Centre is thinking of opening another part of their building as the 'Liverbird'?
They've already opened a cafe to house the Eros statue which was stolen from Sefton Park.

The building to the extreme right of that Tunnel Ventilation Shaft picture had some writing painted on the roof. I think it read 'chips 25p'. It's been a mystery to me, as it can only be seen from the river side.

Here's what I meant about that house with writing on the roof...chips 25p. I can't remember that far back, when chips were only 25p.

The cockle-hole is next to the Southern end of the Coburg Dock Marina. Coburg Wharf runs next to this small rectangular inlet. It's shown here, but only on the satellite picture (it's not shown on the ordinary map).

Hey Marky, you must be young. I remember fish and chips for less than 10p new money, 1/9p old money.
