The way to solve youth problems is to ask the youth what they want/need and it has worked in other towns and cities.
What some youths need Is parents who give a **** and not ones who make them stay outside all the time outside of school hours just so the parents don't have to bother with them so they can sit lazy and watch TV with a ciggie.

Theres terrible amounts of parents who are like that.

Some of the kids In boxing gyms where I trained In outside of school and the gym were made to play outside most of the time.

Police community support officers solve less than one crime every four years and only hand out a fine every eight months, figures reveal.

I think they are a waste of space. I spoke to two of them when I was in Liverpool. I was in Williamson Square and wanted to find the Jessops shop in Williamson Road. I asked them where Williamson Road was and they hadn't a clue. Luckily, being Liverpool, two locals heard what I said and came rushing over to tell me where it was. I'd have thought they'd know the local area at least.

I'm looking at going at a Special's job myself purely because I want to get involved with Plod in general.

However it would appear that people go for a Special for two reasons:

a - Because it is a foot in the door of Plod.

b - They only go for it because it looks good on their CV and have no real desire to do the job.

I suppose it's like anything, you put in what you want out.

Well get this... Two hobby bobbies used to walk past my house. I had chatted to them about their job.
Well a couple of weeks go by and no sign of them? I then see one of them at nearby shops and asked "why they stopped walking past mine". The reason she gave me was "we get too much abuse off the kids".
So name calling gets them moved on ?
They are a joke. Get rid and quickly.
