Marky, the lowest street numbers are always nearest the Town Hall.
    This applies across the country.
Wavertree Road therefore starts at the Town end and all three addresses in this thread are (coincidentally) the next but one before the named roads (going away from town).

I'll go up there this week, if the rain stops.
Re: No. 205...there is nothing left of old Wavertree Road, South of Nutall Street except 2 pubs (The Durning Arms and the Botanic which is burnt out). Eastwood Street has gone.

    Good luck marky.

As someone else said, 61 should be one before the corner (of Janet St?)

According to Google, 63 (at the corner) should be home to McVey Property Management. I actually emailed them for info but got no reply!

Cheers from cold but dry New Zealand.

    Many thanks Marky.

    Suitably depressing!

I assume these are brick buildings which have later been plastered?

    Cheers

    Very good, Marky.
These buildings look rather old for Liverpool.
Certainly older than Smithdown Road, for instance.

    Hi PhilipG,

    I love your pics!

Could you tell me, where can I find the German submarine? We would like to see it. Not so beautiful, but very interesting.

Thank you, Flari, but the photos in this thread have been taken by Marky.
I don't know much about submarines, but there is a Victorian one at Birkenhead Wooside.
