Great pic. I Went to see it on Saturday and met a few old 4 squares residents. I thought i'd pop along even though I think all the pics are online now.
I see they've taken the paintings off the walls in the rooms adjacent to the demolition they're doing to the library at the back of the art gallery - wise move
Cracker photies as usual Gerard.
Good posts all.

Those images make me shiver a bit ! the darkness and loneliness linked to the frist pic is foreboding ( for more reasons than one )
Good photography Gerard.
I agree with you about that feeling, Lindy. The views are cold and forboding. The middle one could serve as the entrance to Dr. Henry Jekyll's surgery in Robert Louis Stevenson's morbid tale, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I shouldn't give Gerard ideas. . . .

ps, I forgot to mention the other day that I'd spotted one of Gerard's photos in the L'pool Echo (a few days ago).

Any ideas from a Ripperoligist and authority on these subjects like yourself Chris is always welcome...
and your comments Chris mate about certain night images of mine being "cold and forboding" is enough encouragement for me anyway to do what I'm trying to achieve with certain images...you could have been right next to me saying that when I'm out and about late at night in Liverpools Georgian quarter dark alleys and back entrys... cold, forboding, eerie, ripperlike, is exactly what I'm trying to capture in my images from around the Georgian area....you got it spot on mate...
Thanks Chris...
Gerard.
