Ricky's looking forward Liz to moving... I'll be visiting him in a week or so.
As soon as I mentioned my name he said "The Gerard Fleming that played pool for The Easby ".. ?...
(That was a pub right outside his front door )... I told him yes thats me...
he told me he used to put my name down during pool matches..
Ricky was the captain of The Easby Old Boys, I played for them when I was 19.. in 1977.
he gave me a few great old pics of all the lads I knew all them years ago...

Small world or what ?

re. the Easby eastate, im pretty sure it was built around 74/75, my old mate Joe Nolan moved to Rollo st around that time, just behind the Lambeth boozer.

I only took that photo 3 days ago and already it is one of the best photos I'll ever take... I think..!
I think that much of that photo, it sums up what type of photographer I try to be...
Liverpool life, people.... and the surroundings they live in....
something a bit different, I hope.. !

Yes, it's a good image, but a shame that man has had to live with a broken window and surrounded by empty houses. I wish him luck and hope he moves to a nice safe and secure environment.
