Default Red Nose Day at Albert Dock

It was Red Nose Day yesterday. I hope you donated. They had an event at the Albert Dock involving some of the people from the Beatles Exhibit spending 12 hours on a bed in a window. Kudos to them for doing it. Everyone passing by was able to see them, wave and donate to Comic Relief. They also had “Red Noses” on the front of the boats in the dock, and on the Beatles in the museum. The staff were very happy to pose for a shot too. There was word of a Red Nose game in Clatyon Square but that never took place from what I heard. I wandered the city centre looking for anyone taking part in Red Nose Day events but didn’t find any. In fact, I only found 1 person wearing a red nose.

Excellent pics Pete - Isn't Red Nose Day every two years? Were I work, usually we sell out of red noses but this year sold only half of what we had bought. Plus once the noses were bought we never seen them on faces!

Comments were that the noses were too smelly and fell off easily and were too big.

Personally I never give to Red Nose Day

    Why you may ask?

Because the reason people in Africa are poor is because they live under bad leaders who keep them impoverished.

How do I know that the money that I donate is going to prop up some dictatorship with a lousy Human Rights record?
