Can anyone do a look up for the above address for 1893?

I have just obtained a birth certificate showing my grandfather born at the above address in 1893. As they lived in Anglesey I am intrigued why he would have been born in Liverpool although there was a maritime connection through the Merchant Navy.

Failing that can anyone tell me who was living there on the 1891 census and the 1901 census.
