`see these pics`. No Links !!!

Hi All,
I keep coming across `posts` which say "see these pic`s" etc. But there are no pics
Or links to pics. Yet following replies to `post` say things like "great pics", "thanks for pics" etc., but still no pics or links ! This leaves me completely baffled. Can anyone explain please ?

Yes, they are pictures that have been resized on sites like FLICKR or Photobucket and a link inserted on here that dispays the photo. When the photo is deleted from Flickr or Photobucket, it is deleted from the forum.

yeah, I've done that in flickr without realising and had to go round here relinking them

I also have trouble seeing some pics as well. It probably is because your browser won't allow the post from the picture hosting service being used by the particular poster. Another explanation might be that you were possibly looking at an older thread where the pic is no longer hosted for that poster.

yeah, I've done that in flickr without realising and had to go round here relinking them

I did it with photobucket. I filed my photos into folders and everywhere I had posted the pics they disappeared as I broke the link

It looks like I deleted my own,the other day,when I emptied my Yo attachment file!!!
