It was a record shop in the 70s then Birdys bar in the 80s when our little crew were pub crawlers taking in Kirklands, Streets, Plummers, Flying picket and Chaucers.

Hannah's bar

Thanks Leon! That pic brings back a lot of memories for me, the location is corner of Leece St & Roscoe St. the garage entrance just past the 2 bins was the rear of 42 Rodney Street, and where the ambulance owned by the Liverpool Radium Institute was garaged. (my old job, 47 years ago!! )

Birdy's bar was run by an old friend, John Bird, who I lost touch with years ago. Anyone know what he is up to?
Knew him through his girlfriend, Janet Senar, who had been a barmaid at the Odd Spot.
They used to live just off Lark Lane.
