    Default 500 limited stop

Been 'debating' with our kid,was there a bus route from Kirkby via Fazakerley ,Walton through to Speke in the 70's, a kind of express where you paid more to get to your destination by leaving stops out??

Speke to Kirkby. It stopped at the main districts only. Garston, Aigburth, Dingle, Lewis', etc. It also appeared to always be braking the speed limit. It didn't 'alf go.

These days, if a rail link is taken into John Lennon airport, Merseyrail would cover that route and do it faster.

It may have done later when the Mesreyrail Northern Line was up and running. Initially it went down Aigburth Rd, which parallels the line.

Couldn't get on it with a kids bus pass though
