Jeannette Altwegg (born September 8, 1930 in Liverpool) was a British figure skater. She first rose to prominence by capturing the bronze medal at the 1948 Winter Olympics. She won the gold medal at the 1951 World Figure Skating Championships and capped her career by winning gold at the 1952 Winter Olympics. Afterwards, she bypassed a lucrative professional career to take a job working with war orphans.

Altwegg was also a competitive tennis player, reaching the junior finals at Wimbledon in 1947 before giving up the sport to focus on skating.
