Has anyone got any good photos of Tiber Street school in Lodge Lane? Although a primary school it 'stood in' as a secondary for the making of Willy Russell's film 'Our Day Out'.

I passed that former school on Stanley Road last week. It looked to be closed (it had been Cherubs nursery). It has some stone children heads at the rear.

    Hi,

I'd like to add a couple of things to this wonderful thread.

First off is a thread containing many images of Liverpool Schools: http://www.yoliverpool.com/forum/sho...chool-Pictures

Secondly is an image of St Bridget's School, Limekiln Lane from 1927, courtesy of Liverpool Records Office.
