    Benson st, L1

I wonder what this nice building was in times gone by ? I thought it may have originally been a house, but looking closer, maybe not.

I was looking at that, the other day! Some guy came out,so I asked him about it,but he didn't know anything of it's history, unfortunately! Is Georgian though,I think?

Yes, I was looking up at it too (great minds think alike) I was wondering if it had been a private dwelling at one time. It looks like another of our lovely Georgian buildings.

Nice pic, Lindy. You should have just added a bit of blue or red into the photo, wouldn't have looked such a dull day then

I've no idea, other than they were "big" houses,so I'd guess at Victorian? The only other house left,is this one, which is next to your pic',but this looks Georgian? I'd like to see some history on the larger house,as it's pediment is quite ornate,as you can see in my pretty gross pic'of same!(no zoom)

Thanks WSteve. This can be your picture of the day .. doesn't matter if we have the same subject twice. Just edit to date it

The larger building is quite ornate and I wonder if it's too grand to have been a house ?
