Is that the place somewhere off Oxford Rd? I've walked past there a few times lately, noticed the sign... "nah... can't be, surely?!"

The other pubs round there look more appealing

    Default bogside

I,ve been in that one too before they buried it under the pavement. Always very clean and sparkling. When you went for a poo you used to have to wrap it up first in pretty wrapping paper and put a bow on it.

There were circular underground toilets in Williamson Square and by Princes Park Gates (where the roundabout is).
Some local comedians called them the "Magic Roundabouts".
Anybody know where the "Garden of Allah" was?

I was a bit slow there, Ged!

Mention Mecca Bingo and I always think of cinemas.

Which is the ideal time to say that the last Mecca Bingo in a former Merseyside cinema is in Southport. (The former Garrick/Essoldo).
