    Value: £390m

    An international visitor destination combining arena, convention and exhibition facilities with development of residential, hotel, office, retail and leisure uses.

    3. Pall Mall

    Completion: 10-15 years
    Value: £300m

    A new business destination in the heart of the city delivering 1.5m sq ft of new office space, a multi-storey car park plus retail, residential and new public realm facilities.

    4. Princes Dock

    Completion: Mid 08 onwards
    Value: £233m

    Prime waterfront location redeveloped into mixed-use development, including commercial office space, residential and new hotels.
