I'm pretty sure that view is from High Park St. end.
Chipping St. as you know was only a narrow street, so I think you would need to be in the much wider High Parky to get that perspective.

Bouverie pic is from high park st end
Letitia st is from north hill st end .To the right of letitia pic was Bores Factory demolished by then .The right hand side of letitia st was new build corpy houses one of my friends lived there he was one of 13 kids in the house
to the left at bottom of street was (memory failing) refuge house or similar
