There was a postcard on Ebay last month of this Hospital. Sold for £46.
    A picture is still here:

I am sure it was inbetween two roads, Acrefield Road, and Woolton Park.

    You're right PIM031.
It was called 'Highfield' and was the former home of Sir William Tate, sugar refiner. It was opp.Aymestrey Court/Redbourne Hotel(that he had built for his daughter) on top of the hill.It was about where Woolton Park Close is now.I think the gate posts are still there as the entrance to the flats.

Thanks for that Gnash. My mate lives in Orient Drive, down the road from the site of the old Hospital, which I have not seen, and the old Redbourne Hotel, which I loved. Any more info on the Redbourne? It was a lovely old hotel but I did not know its history or previous ownership.

Have a look at Alan Godfrey Maps of 1905. No.s 114.01,Gateacre and 114.05,Woolton.Lots of info on the back.
It shows a Henery A.Watson, mineral and metal brooker, living at Aymestrey Court. With Joseph Miller as his coachman.

    Default Woolton Babies hospital

Hopefully, I have attached a map from 1956 showing the hospital.

I have another map from 1974, which shows two buildings instead of one, maybe the second one was the nurses home ?
