    Default Woolton babies hospital

Anyone have any information on the Woolton Babies Hospital, which I think was somewhere around the Acrefield Road area ?

I am sure it was inbetween two roads, Acrefield Road, and Woolton Park.

    You're right PIM031.
It was called 'Highfield' and was the former home of Sir William Tate, sugar refiner. It was opp.Aymestrey Court/Redbourne Hotel(that he had built for his daughter) on top of the hill.It was about where Woolton Park Close is now.I think the gate posts are still there as the entrance to the flats.
