Regarding the ads being in your face as some have mentioned, maybe a list of Trade subjects down the left-hand side on the first page, leading into the category people are looking for. I’m sure there are going to be far too many for the first page anyway, eventually.

    Cheers!

Thanks for all your kind comments so far. I'm virtually finished on the Childwall Page so once that is up and running, you can all have a good nose and let me know what you think.

The problem with districts will rumble on forever and I think I had to cherry pick the ones I have lots of information about, even though as people have said, some aren't exactly under the banner of Liverpool.

It was hard to know where to draw the line as I wanted to go down the route of adding lots of little lost villages (Thingwall/Stonycroft) but I've included parts which really shouldn't be involved - Bootle does have a Liverpool postcode and I couldn't leave the historical area of Hale out either.

I think I've got a job on my hands filling the 30+ pages and am going to need lots of support and honest opinions - everyone will be credited where credit is due!

I've finished the general layout of the website and finally got the Childwall District page opened up. It needs a bit of text and the ad's to be filled in but that's my best shot so far!

    All comments welcome!

I've gone and lost the plot with this website.

On reflection, I knew I couldn't mix history with 'today' stuff for each district so I've just added another 30 + pages (to be filled).

You've now got the Districts History and Districts Today!

    (Childwall page to be altered!)

Oooh you've got your work cut out there Brother Cad but you're doing it the right way as on reflection, I should have regionalised/postcoded pages on my site.

Well finally, the Childwall page is now complete.

I've also added a 'Liverpool Districts' page too which means I will be doing a page for each of these too.

    West Derby is next!
