    Default Fibber (CTG)

    Fibber

    So
    sorry
    about this
    poem's lying title.
    From this point on, every-
    thing I say will be
    true...give
    or take a
    fib or
    two.

Nice one Chris. It's even well shaped and proportioned.

Great poem Chris I think that style is referred to as 'Diamante' (but I might be wrong).

Actually, the poem is in the form of a Fibonacci poem (or Fib) so you see that my use of the term "fib" has a double meaning.

I'm even more impressed now. Dan Brown will be annoyed he didn't think of it?
    1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21.... Line 100 [in the series] would be a long sentence though?

Dan Brown will probably say he did think of it.

You might be interested in the essay, "How the Web Can Support a Fib" by Gary Blankenship that we published in the Spring '07 issue of Loch Raven Review .
