Tugs on station by the Gladstone Dock

    ropes attached

    Ready to turn

Tug Sandon at the stern, just off the Waterloo wall

Tug Barbados pulling the stern around

    Nearly there

    Just a bit more

    we have arrived

    Welcome again to Liverpool

    Finish with engines
Then I rowed home in my canoe

See what the seagulls are waiting for in the next pic

Steady stream of crew up and down the gangway to empty their rubbish in skips on the quayside

The tugs Donau and Sandon waiting to enter the Alfred Dock with the carrier and Legoland as a backdrop
