    Default Scotty rd. windmill

Does anyone here remember the former windmill, just off Scotty? Even though I think I might have posted this before,I dont think there was much of a response? It looks like an early 60's pic',but no one I've spoken to can remember it,which is odd,as it's big enough!

Had to laugh at the sign in the shop window"Artificial teeth repaired" as I could swear there was still a similar sign there,at least in the 70's!

Hi Steve, I'm not sure about the history? Here's the 1848 OS map of Scotland Road by St Anthony's church [courtesy of LRO].

    It says "Leicester's Mill"?
