Default Runcorn Shopping City - Gone into recievership!

Halton Lea or "The Shopping city" as it was known and much the lifeline of ex pat scousers that live in Runcorn has apparently gone into recievership. There are 60 businesses there that are remaining open for now.

Surely the place is owned by Halton Council so how can this be? Anybody in the know about this crushing announcement today and what has gone on?
