Ordnance Hill London. This is 10 years old and blends in "exactly" with the rest of the buildings. A concrete frame with an old looking brick façade and mouldings. Easy to do. Make it look modern and there is 10% off the price of the flats.

I have seen a few new buildings in with old looking sympathetic designs. I saw a real nice old house being demolished and thought what Philistines. A concrete frame went up and the front looked exactly the same, to my delight. The house was now apartments and they maximised the flats in the building with modern insulation levels, etc.
