    If you're in Liverpool then the Liverpool Record Office in William Brown Street provides free online access to the censuses on the Ancestry site. You may need to book time on the computer. You can call their enquiries line on 0151 233 5811.

    yes they are, they have the dates built into the apex on each end house, started in 1905/6 and finished the street 1908.
