A TOXTETH poet has won a national competition for the second year running.
Neil Kelley's poem Dreams earned him the top prize in the United Press contest, which received thousands of entries from across the country.
His poem is now being published in Waking Dreams, a book which will go on sale in bookshops around the world.



Mr Kelley, 33, a gym instructor, is also a Thai boxer, having finished third in the European Thai Boxing Championships three years ago.
