I used to go to Reeces Saw Edwin Starr live there.

The Hotsy Totsy .. think I may have gone there once - was it a small place with a dancefloor the size of a postage stamp?

Anyone remember 'The All Fours' Eberle st ?

The Vic (Victoriana) was my favourite.

Phil,The Curzon is (or was last time i was down there)..meaning it WAS still open..on Temple Lane..
The Masquerarde is about 150/200 yards further up Victoria St nearer the Mersey Tunnel on Cumberland St.

PPS Gerard. I think I may have a question for you regarding the exact location of Reece's in 1962 because I think one Beatles Liverpool tour book has them having the reception at a Reeces above a shop on the corner of Church st and Hannover st?

The Reeces you show was a cafe when me and some of the lads used to pop in there on a saturday afternoon circa 1979. Piped music, even in the bogs.
