    How is that any different to how it used to be? I don't see how the concept makes any difference to that?

    If I remember correctly,at Southport,there was previously a seperate enquiry-office.

    Ah yes, quite right I suspect that was long gone before the M to Go opened though?

    Of course there was no separate enquiry desk at Liverpool Central.
