    18stanley Hi
Try this link for info on BOCM Silcock >>>>

    Company History

The BOCM stands for :- British Oil & Cake Mills.

    Hope that helps you.

Not much luck I'm afraid. A lot of info. on BOCM but nothing on Silcocks and
its Liverpool connections. I'm a bit disappointed because it formed a busy
threesome with Bibbys and Tate & Lyle but it's a new thread and I'll have to try a different tack. Many thanks for your help nonetheless Stan. H

    Hello Stanley.

Seen in Saltney Street yesterday, looks like some kind of old foundry bellows.
Could possibly have been used heating rivets for shipbuilding or repairs. The wooden handle folds out for greater leverage. Anyone any ideas ?
