    Smile photos of forge cottages, off Lark Lane, cira 1960's

    Hi, I lived in the above though the 50's & 60's. unfortunately I have no photos of the place and they are long gone now, can someone oblige? apologises if this is a repeat thread, I'm a newbie!!

    Hi Woggsy if you go to one of the lark lane sites you will see whats left of them now a carpark for what used to be the masoniic neibour, me lived facing cheers vedgie shop

    hope you get your photos . I lived in siddeley st 50 s and early 60 s . I remember the lady who lived in the cottages with a parrot . I think her name was Mrs Hughes she used to stand on the corner of the cottages on the .

    When did the cottages disappear? I don't recall them from my time in Pelham Grove during '60s/'70s?

    Hello Wogsy I was born in Forge Cottages in 1956 and the only one's I can think of who would be called Wogsy lived in number 1 if this is you get in touch.

    Hello Raymman the answer to your question When did the cottages disappear? we had to leave them in1979 when they where put under compulsory purchase they where demolished shortly after that. hope this helps.

    Hi i am curious as to who you are?, there was only four cottages which one did you live in?.
