They are actually based at the wirral transport Museum in Birkenhead rob
Yeah we're pleased to be involved with our vintage buses.

Looks like a plaxton bodied leyland leopard or royal tiger.

remember going up in a lift in Coopers to the restaurant as a kid , amazed when the lift door opened on the other side to the one we got in!

You were issued with coloured elastic wristbands with keys for when it was busy the attendants would chuck you out when your time was up.

Yeah remember it too, had quite a few meals there with relatives, even one Christmas day dinner. It was run by some very nice people.

Hi Quincy , no its actually still in service with Stagecoach buses, it was just painted for the 100 years of Motorbuses in Liverpool last year in the old liverpool c.t livery style.

Yes the Leyland Titan Pd2/20s were used on the 27 from Edge lane depot.
surprisingly the 26 going the other way would be he preserve of AEC Regents from Edge Lane depot too.
