I moved to my present house in 2000, and my previous house in Stalbridge Ave L18 still had the ash bin in the wall. I don't know if the developer left it there or not as there are allygates up now so...

When did the cottages disappear? I don't recall them from my time in Pelham Grove during '60s/'70s?
I can't help with the birth and early development, but I lived there from the mid '60s to mid '70s if I can help.
