trying to find francis jones pls help if u know this man

Hi i have posted a picture in my album please look @ photo of the person im looking for he is called francis jones.
If anyone knows who he is or where he is could you please contact me.
Ive been looking for him for 6 years now and still havnt found him but im not giving up.
i have just found out that francis jones was called by the name of frank.
His son that is looking for him is scott jones was born the 02/07/1984.
Frank was married to some body else/seing or living with some one else at the time of scott birth.
she was living in ashton-under-lyne area at the time
I've also been told Frank was born in liverpool.and he was an maintenance engineer!!
D.O.B for Frank unknown
I do know he was older than beverley and she was born in 1960.
I hope some information i have giving can be of any help,and when i find out more i will post it.
