I went to take a pic of the Liver buildings (viewed looking down Water st... Outside the Town Hall) as reference for an Illustration I'm thinking of doing.
Unfortunately, Half the buildings down the right hand side of Water St. are now covered in scaffolding!
Has anybody got such a shot?...I would be grateful.
