The uneven numbers are on the opposite side to St. Anthony's church (so the West side) and being numbered from the Town Hall onwards, i'm pretty sure that this would be the block before Blossoms florist which is 9 Stanley Road at the fork.I'll try and check it out when I get home.

On second thoughts the Parrot pub is 347 Scotland road so it'll be nearer the top of Wright Street.

Terry Cooke`s " The Pubs Of Scottie Road "
has The Grapes 269 Scotland Road/Blenheim Street, (closed 1926)

1936 Kelly's directory.
263 Scotland Road
(between St Martin St & Blenheim St, opposite the Derby cinema)
Bellamarcina Nicle confectioner.
St Anthonys would be the nearest RC church and school.
