May I first apologise to everyone for taking so long in getting back to my thread.
I have two addresses where she stayed: Melville Pl and Falkner St. in the 1940s.
I believe she may have been seen in a Liverpool hospital in the 1970s with a possible heart complaint.

I didn't know her maiden name. I was adopted shortly after I was born.
