Caryl has a remembrance site online to the men listed on the Birkenhead Great war memorial.

Over 1000 names are listed on the memorial and she is hoping to find details about each man and post them onto the website.

If you or your relatives are from the area then go and look. Your ancestor may be there, or you may like to add ancestors that you know of.
