A question, what's actually going to happen to Brookside Close?

Are the houses there stable enough to actually live in, or might they be demolished?

They have been bought by another developer,apparently the previous developer went into recievership and the plot was sold of....have a guess who the second bidder was?

Surely the would be demolished.
