Where Are All These Capital of Culture Jobs?

After all this talk about the Capital of Culture bringing thousands of jobs to Merseyside, I am left pondering over this question: where are they? I have been applying for jobs, but so far have had no replies. It is very depressing.

So where are these jobs then? Are they all being snapped up seconds after they are advertised? Knowing how bad the jobless situation is here on Merseyside, they most probably are!

economics, how much does the average person spend at a coc event, probably not much, then this has to filter thru enough for a paid position to be created profitably, in my opinion this whole thing is a sham to get people thinking they are going to be rewaded for something that is just a scheme to get investment from the EU or whoever is silly enough to bankroll it to benefit developers. the common man in the streets only reward for the year will only be the experience, no money at all.
