The Brooke Hotel Waterloo-Crosby area

Can any one post a picture of The Brooke Hotel in Waterloo I think ?
I have seen a 1908 picture of a horse drawn dray delivering ale to this pub.
It was in a large format book on this area with pictures of the Lancs & Yorks Railway crossing with street scenes 1900 period.
I have not been able to locate book or pictures.
Any help please.

I would very much like the black and white photograph of 1908 if possible.
I think I have found the title of the book that this photograph is in,
