smashing pic quincyg.you have caught that train just as it dissolved into an other dimension.
It's gonna crash - hope there's another tunnel it's heading to? :PDT_Xtremez_42:

I was there yesterday with 7 of my grandkids (I was riding shotgun to stop any of them escaping).
caught the rainbow as we were walking back to the station from the splash pool
I've never seen a rainbow so low before.
Well captured. :handclap:
I went to Southport on Sunday.
The weather was great.
Here's a typical seaside resort view.

great shot GD, I'd caught part of a low rainbow after the first storm earlier in the day. not as clear as yours but I'd never seen what I called a flat one before either. I'm wondering if they're so low due to the moisture on the beach.

Took a walk through the Waterloo and Princes half tide docks today to see how the link was progressing
If you go on the www.aboutmyplace.co.uk website and birds eye the route you can follow the new link from Stanley dock right through now. At central docks it only looks very narrow.
They are old pics on there Ged from 2007, for instance the half tide dock is now dammed with earth, and the West Waterloo seems to be evaporating every time I go down there. It`s good for showing the line of the canal though. There`s plenty of new bricks and slabs lying around on the Waterloo wall and they were laying a road over the new bridge that they have built over the canal.
