What happened to the mortgage loans that Derek Hatton signed the city of Liverpool to repay? Where does the debt now stand? It seems to have vanished from the agenda of both the Labour and Liberal councilors in the city. Maybe Joe Anderson can answer. Maybe the Echo was misreporting.
