Ear Nose and Throat Hospital
In the 60's I used to visit my nan in the Ear Nose and Throat hospital in Liverpool. It was a red brick building, had wrought ironwork of some sort an my dad used to park his mini up the side of the building.
I think I remember seeing one of the cathedrals from the car on the way home.
Does it still exist? Where was it?

That's what I thought. The ENT hospital, after it closed, was Liverpool Community College for a while (I worked there). As a child I had treatment in the hospital for an ear infection. The only thing I remember is that the entrance to the clinic was up the side street and even today that door is still there. Also wasn't the ENT hospital connected the the Children's Hospital, via a corridor.......I was only like five/six at the time.
...it was right next door to the Children's Hospital, and the Women's Hospital was on the same side of the street, but around the corner in the out of town direction.
That whole road system around there has changed, and I got lost driving there last year...:rolleyes:
