The bus in the background has an MPTE logo so after 1/12/1969.

Fairly new TK Bedford truck on right, so I think about 1962.

The TK was in production until 1980.It looks like it's a BT vehicle ,ladder flap above the cab,and they became yellow from 1969.
Has got to be after 1969 because of the MPTE logo on the bus.
