Windsor Street certainly still exists.
It's quite a long road, and probably the best view of the Anglican Cathedral can be seen from it.
Most of the original property has been demolished, but there is still a cluster of Victorian shops.
Heath Street is no longer listed, and checking old directories, there only seemed to be one street with that name, off Falkner Street.

I checked on Toxteth.net, the map shows Heath St. to be between Falkner St and Myrtle st. Between Bedford St. south and Sandon St.
Perhaps someone local can check if it still exists. That area mostly belongs to the university and they have probably redeveloped it.
Looks like it's gone...
