Not a nice fact but never the less a little known one....
1865...Julius Brutus Booth was an actor who played at The Theatre Royal (Williamson Square) Him and his family emmigrated to America in 1821.
His younger son, John Wilkes Booth assassinated Abrahem Lincon in Ford's Theatre washington in 1865...the first man ever to assassinate an American President.

This a myth, I have researched this thoroughly and the facts are :
President Lincoln was assassinated at Ford's Theatre, Washington in 1865.by John Wilkes Booth just days after the surrender of the Confederates. John Wilkes Booth's father, Junius Booth, a Shakespearean actor, is said to have come from Liverpool.
Not True - Junius Brutus Booth – actor, born in London, 1 May 1796 ; died 3 November 1852. He was a popular actor at Liverpool's Theatre Royal which opened 1772 at Williamson Square. The British-born actor who as a young man, fell in love with a flower girl named Mary Ann Holmes. He was already married and had a son, but he decided to escape such inconveniences by running off with Mary Ann to Baltimore USA in 1821, where he continued his acting career. Mary Ann did not formally marry Junius Booth until 1851, but she bore him ten children. John Wilkes Booth was the ninth, born in 1838. Junius Booth became a famous actor on the American stage, notorious for his drunkenness, eccentricities, and instabilities
