Isn't there rules regarding to having a photo submitted to a media press paper? ie no showing of the photograph unitil its made the designated papers distribution deadline.
I don't think this applies in pic of the day, as it's just photo on flickr that are submitted to the echo's flickr group and they decide to print on a day
Ah I see so its not the competition they have where a same scene was submitted called...
