I went past the Elephant today, what the f**k have the new owners (those who run the Alma da Cuba/Santiago) done painting it sky blue. Apparently they have bought the Coach and Horses too. They've even had the nerve to remove the elephants head that was outside, although they now claim that was for repairing. More here

That's the Reservoir Tower Max,The Highest point In Liverpool so I'm told.
Up on that Hill area was one of John Lennon's favourite Places and thats where him and his mates would play Footy.
Reynolds Park at the Church Rd end of Reservoir Rd was another of Lennon's favourite places.
